The St. John's Bible project web site is a good resource, but these reflections are especially nice. They set you up to reflect on the text before you view the image.
Very very cool picture, and the link was cool too. I only wish it had a section about Resurrection as I need to figure out a physical symbol of resurrection to show a bunch of British kids. At this point the only thing I can think of is a plant that dies so it can be planted? Peace, Chris
Yes, this is a very cool project. The St. John's Bible, when it is completed, will certainly be worth a pilgrimmage to Collegeville, MN. As for images, have you ever looked at www.textweek.com ? they have lots of links for images related to lectionary texts.
If not, then I suggest doing one of two things- either bring seeds, or use another Pauline imagine- bring a bunch of clothes, and keep putting them on, until you can hardly see the person underneath anymore- we will be more fully clothed.
