    I thought that the Bishop's letter was rather short, considering the depth and length of the letter from Muslim leaders . . . .

    I think it is short because it is an "early" response. His letter indicates there will be further response and study to follow. As far as I can tell, this letter is published the day after they received the Muslim letter...
